Welcome to indoLike ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at indolike.com (the "Service") and the suite of developer tools, SaaS products, and digital services we provide.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

We provide a comprehensive ecosystem for developers and businesses, including but not limited to:

• Developer Tools: Resume Builder, Resume Analyser, Skill Gap Generator, Roadmap Generator, API Monitoring System.
• SaaS Products: UI Component Library, Rental Portfolio Platform.
• Agency Services: Website Development, App Development, SEO Optimization, SMM, Logo Designing, Brand Content Generation.

You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account using our Centralized Authentication System. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.

Subscription & Billing

Paid services (e.g., UI Library Pro, Portfolio Premium) are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay, Stripe) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Service account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

For clients engaging indoLike for custom services (Website Development, App Development, SEO, Marketing, Branding), the following terms apply unless superseded by a separate written agreement:

• Scope of Work: The specific deliverables, timeline, and costs will be defined in a formal proposal or invoice agreed upon by both parties.
• Revisions: Standard packages include a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., the website code, logo files) is transferred to the client, excluding any background technology, frameworks, or pre-existing libraries owned by indoLike or third parties.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays by the client may result in project timeline extensions.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of indoLike and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Access or search the Service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (e.g., "scraping").
• Interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host, or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Service.

In no event shall indoLike, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact support to request account deletion.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.
